Adelaide has recorded its wettest day in two years after a heavy downpour swept across much of South Australia overnight, lasting well into the morning.
At Mt Lofty, a staggering 65mm had fallen by 9.45am on Wednesday.
It is Adelaide’s wettest day in more than two years, as well as the wettest June day in six years.
