Premier Doug Ford announced his new cabinet Thursday with new people in multiple key roles.
Guiding the fiscal ship will be new Finance Minister Rod Phillips, with his predecessor Vic Fedeli moving to head up the Ministry of Economic Development.
Doug Downey is the new Ontario Attorney General, while Caroline Mulroney becomes Minister of Transportation and Francophone Affairs.
Education Minister Lisa Thompson is now the minister of Government and Consumer Services, while incoming MPP Stephen Lecce takes over at the Education Ministry.
Another major move – Todd Smith is the new minister of Children, Community and Social Services, and former minister Lisa Macleod is the province’s minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport.
People staying in their cabinet portfolios include Treasury Board President Peter Bethlenfalvy, Health Minister Christine Elliott and Municipal Affairs and Housing Minister Steve Clark.
