Face of Nation : The division of defence manufacturing has dwelling itself a target of producing instruments worth Rs 90,000 crore in the financial year 2019-20. Exports worth Rs 15,000 crore had been envisaged from the total quantity of instruments produced.
The target dwelling by the division for 2019-20 is nearly 12 per cent higher than the manufacturing achieved in the old financial year. Within the financial year 2018-19, the division had produced instruments worth Rs 80,502 crore.
