Face of Nation : The owner of a Perth cafe that allegedly sold two marijuana-laced brownies to a family will go to trial after pleading not guilty to two charges. Prosecutors say the brownies were sold at Bada Bing Cafe, a family business run by Nathan Sharp and his wife Simona, in Woodlands on March 2 and 3. Sharp entered the pleas in Perth Magistrates Court today and will face a trial allocation hearing in the same court in September.

He was charged following an investigation by the City of Stirling’s environmental health team. A couple told ABC Radio members of their family became ill after consuming the brownie.
