Face of Nation : Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have confirmed they will marry “at the end of 2019”, reports claim.
The 34-year-old singer and the 42-year-old actor are said to have finally set a date for their wedding and have revealed they want a “small and intimate” do, reports The Sun.
The couple have also hired a wedding planner to help them arrange their big day.
Speaking to People magazine, a source close to the Roar hit maker said: “They are using a planner to finalise all the wedding details.”
The insider added: “Katy seems in charge, but Orlando is involved with the planning, too.
“They don’t seem stressed about it though. It will be a fun celebration with family and friends.”
Perry, who was previously married to Russell Brand for two years in 2010, has remained tight-lipped about her wedding plans, although she knows what shoe design she wants to wear when she walks down the aisle.
She has previously revealed she would like her footwear to be floral themed, which is a nod to her flower engagement ring and Bloom’s surname.
She once said: “I figure if I do (design a shoe), it would probably have something to do with flowers and blooming.”
The couple have been dating on and off for three years since first getting together at a Golden Globes after-party in 2016.
They split in March 2017, issuing a joint statement saying they were “taking respectful, loving space at this time”.
They were spotted back together on holiday in Japan in December that year, and it was revealed they were officially back on in February 2018.
Katy has previously dated Gym Class Heroes frontman Travie McCoy — between 2007 and 2009 — and was linked to Robert Pattinson before dating Orlando.
Orlando was previously married to Miranda Kerr for three years until 2013. They have an eight-year-old son Flynn.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star proposed to Perry on Valentine’s Day earlier this year with a flower ring, which cost around $7.2 million.
