Recently a scandal to take America to the event has come to light. An event organized by the “Friends of Gujarat” were being offered openly visa to the people of Ahmedabad. Agents were appointed by the organizers in several cities, including Ahmedabad for this purpose.These agents were take money from people in the name of booth bookings from 3 lakhs to 10 lakhs.
US Embassy official has filed a complaint at Chanakyapuri police station in Delhi.The complaint lodged a complaint against two Patel youths of Ghatalodia and Amraiwadi in Ahmedabad, Mehta youth from Behrampura and a Chaudhary youth from Gandhinagar and two Other youth.
According to the complaint, the letters of the “Friends of Gujarat” were found from the arrested men as well as papers containing wrong profiles were prepared.Suspected of a document presented to a men who had taken a visa to the US Embassy after paying a large sum of money to agents, US Embassy official slammed other men who had taken a visa from the “Friends of Gujarat” and started investigations.
The investigation revealed that the profile of the men and some of the job documents were forged, after which a US Embassy official filed an FIR against all the youths. Police arrested all the youths and took legal action. The Delhi Police had conducted a raid in Ahmedabad for a week for the entire investigation. However, a debate arose the event’s organizer, Kirit Patel, administered a large amount of money to the police officer for not disclosing his name and not showing interest in the police investigation. Incidents of cheating are increasing with people on the way to America or abroad throughout Gujarat, even though , new people are passing their negative intentions by targeting foreigners.
In the cities of Ahmedabad, Vadodara, offices have been opened by appointing agents to target people in the name of an event called “Mera India”, giving them temptations and cheating them matter came to light. The event is organized by an organization called “Friends of Gujarat” , headed by Kirit Patel.
Kirit Patel attracts people using the state government logo and photos of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his event. A recent complaint filed at a police station in Delhi has exposed the entire scandal, but it is being debated that a large amount of money has been stolen to save the responsible people, including Kirit Patel, by not investigating the matter.
What is the modus operandi of “Friends of Gujarat” ?
Letters were given in the name of booth bookings at the event called “Friends of Gujarat” organized by “Mera India” and agents claimed that people who get this letter will get visas.Which entices the people.Generally agents and organizers made modus operandi to pay Rs 11,000 and pay the debt balance, which was decided after getting a visa.
If the visa is not received then 11,000 will not be refunded but if the visa is received then the remaining amount is to be paid.Too many people were given letters by this company and they did not get visas, but some did not get the visa even though they gave more money and by taking it, they lost their money. As a result, the agents and organizers had a lottery. Agents were paid a commission of 20% per customer and that is why these agents were taking money off people giving temptation of the market.
The company used to advertise for a visa recommendation.
People who buy a stall at this event will also be recommended for a visa. The brochure of the event printed by the company was also written as a recommendation for a visa. People were taken to the trust saying that the state government was also involved in the event organized by Kirit Patel.
